GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is one of the world's leading certifications for organic textiles. It promotes responsible manufacturing practices and verifies that certified fibres meet strict environmental and social criteria throughout production.
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certifies that every tested component of the fabric—including threads, trims, and other materials—has been tested for harmful substances and meets strict human-ecological safety standards.

Can my child wear this during the day or just for bedtime?

Absolutely. While Hushloom is designed for a comfortable night's sleep, it's also ideal for relaxing at home, quiet play, reading, or other everyday activities. Its soft, breathable bamboo blend, tagless neckline, flat seams, and gentle stretch provide lasting comfort throughout the day as well as at bedtime.

What is the "All-Day Calm" Bundle?

The All-Day Comfort Bundle includes one Hushloom sensory-friendly sleepwear set and one matching lounge tee, both made from our soft, breathable bamboo blend with tagless construction and flat seams.

Designed for comfort from morning to night, the bundle gives children the same familiar feel whether they're relaxing at home, enjoying quiet activities, or getting ready for bedtime.

Is this set true to size?

Yes. Hushloom sleepwear is designed to fit true to size with a relaxed, comfortable fit that allows children to move, stretch, and sleep comfortably. Our soft bamboo blend includes gentle stretch for flexibility without feeling restrictive.

If your child is between sizes or prefers a looser fit, we recommend choosing the next size up. For the best fit, please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.

How should I care for the Sleepwear?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle

Tumble dry on low heat if needed

Can I put it in the dryer?

Yes. Hushloom sleepwear can be tumble dried on a low heat setting. For the best long-term care, we recommend line drying in the shade to help preserve the softness and quality of the fabric.

Shipping & Orders

Is shipping free?

No. We currently offer a flat shipping rate of $16 AUD per set for deliveries across Australia. Tracking is included with every order.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak sale periods, public holidays, or promotional events.

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos, and we'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
